3-5pm Check-in and welcome opening tea ritual.
5.30pm Introductions, questions and a chance to explore your surroundings in a group tour of Cape South Retreat.
6.30pm Dinner and food talk in the kitchen.
8pm Free time to settle in with the option of a relaxing sauna or swim in the pool.

8.00 am Rise n shine gentle yoga practice
9.15 am Healthy plant-based breakfast includes food talk
11.00 am Group discussion
1pm Delicious plant-based lunch, followed by free time for reading, massage, journalling, walking, a work-out in the gym, a sauna or simply resting with a cup of herbal tea in the beautiful gardens.
4pm We gather again for yoga and a creative journalling session.
5.15pm Free time for walking, reading, sauna, spa activities, swimming and rest.
6pm Delicious plant-based dinner.
7.30pm Mandala colouring in leading into noble silence.
